At the moment we post all of your items with EMS Express International from our mermaid lagoon in the depths of Indonesia (as this is where the portal is from the human world to JackalopeLand lies). This means that you get a tracking number, and the item will be safely with you in 3-6 days.
We do offer a cheaper postage option with registered air mail, however as this is not tracked- we cannot take responsibility for the item once our little Jackalopes drop it to the nearest human post office. If you would like us to give you a quote for registered air mail of your items, just drop us a message and one of our mythical creatures will get back to you as soon as they are available.
Postage is an annoying extra expense we all have to deal with, but until we train some highly magical narwhals to span the seas and get the items to you for free with tiny little turtle backpacks on their backs- we unfortunately have to use human post services which cost human money. At this point in time, all items we have attempted to send with our narwhals have gone "missing" and instead we have been seeing some fabulously dressed narwhals swimming around in sequin overalls and sparkly hats. We will keep you all updated with our sparkly narwhal training program and let you know when free postage is finally available.
Duties and Taxes:
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As much as our naughty little unicorns want to change the value of the package so that you don't have to pay customs tax- we have to stop them as it is against the law.
If you refuse a package from Jackalope Land, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jackalope Land. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary country by country. If you have any questions, you are advised to contact your local customs.
Our mythical creatures in Jackalope Land all work really hard to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchased sparkle. If you get an item and and are not happy with it, or it does not fit correctly, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
The item must be returned unworn, with labels still attached. If it is evident that the items have been worn or damaged, we will not be able to offer you a refund and exchange and you will need to organise your item to be reposted back to you- so please double check it is in an unworn condition before you post it back, as otherwise it could end up being an expensive little postage tennis game!
If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item, then this cost will be refunded back to you- please contact us before you post your item to arrange this.
We do not offer refunds after 14 days, so make sure you get hold of our jackalopes as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns as we are a small independent business. The buyer is responsible for covering the postage costs both ways. We recommend returning the item using tracked postage, as we cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us.
